    Head of Growth Job Description

    The Head of Growth is responsible for overseeing the expansion and customer life cycle management for our Fintech business.

    This role entails leading a team to manage all growth segments by designing, testing, executing, analyzing, and scaling consumer campaigns across multiple channels in collaboration with various departments such as product, sales, customer experience, marketing, compliance, and technology teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive 1-3 year growth strategy and plan for JazzCash.
    • Maximize and deliver an end-to-end customer lifecycle, starting from customer targeting, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation for the entire customer base.
    • Forecast and analyze trends and numbers of customer acquisition, churn, re-joiners, etc., and develop plans to scale accordingly.
    • Leverage data and analytics to improve customer targeting, conversion rates, engagement (usage uplift and diversification), and retention.
    • Conduct regular meetings with teams to discuss project status updates and resolve escalated issues.
    • Identify new segments for JazzCash aligned with the company strategy and collaborate with channel teams to make products available across all channels.
    • Collaborate with related departments to design segmented campaigns with cross-selling, up-selling, and bundling opportunities to enhance usage/activity levels.
    • Hire, lead, and mentor the growth team.
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements from both the Central Bank and Telecom regulator.
    • Engage with multi-functional teams for special assignments and ensure timely achievement of set goals.

    Requirements:

    • 5-7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a people management role.
    • Managing P&L/CLM/Growth/Segments in the Fintech/Telco/Banking/FMCG industry.
    • Significant experience in product growth, digital, and performance marketing.
    • Detailed knowledge of the digital economy and comprehensive knowledge of product growth.
    • Expert knowledge of budgeting and planning.
    • Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and solve problems.
    • Proven track record of strong analytical and decision-making skills.

    Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
