    As a Senior Content Writer, you will be required to research and define desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor market trends and content metrics.

    A skilled content specialist should be an expert storyteller and possess excellent knowledge of content trends. To ensure success as a content specialist, you should show a keen eye for detail and be highly creative.

    Our client is a multinational financial technology firm headquartered in Canada. Our client has over 20 years of experience in the cross-border payments and foreign exchange industry. We are looking for a content specialist who has sound knowledge of developing content for various platforms.


    Ideal candidates will have a background in writing for finance or fintech and be fluent in the industry and its vocabulary.

    Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as SEO-based website content, newsletters, product/service descriptions, videos, social media captions, blogs, and articles.

    As part of the writing process, the successful candidate must be able to understand content strategy and insights artifacts such as buyer journeys, personas, and research reports, and have a strategic mindset when it comes to content production.

    Developing clear and engaging content that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.

    Perform specific keyword research and competitive analysis.

    Follow editorial calendar and organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.

    Analyze websites and provides well-defined strategies to improve site conversion and ROI. Communicate and cooperate with a writing team, design team, and other related departments to ensure timely submission of deliverables.

    Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer

    suggestions for improvement.

    Proofreading and editing content before publishing. Up to date with current content trends, client preferences, and technology advancements.

    Perform any other task assigned by the Manager.
