    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Unit Head to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the North Region, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve assigned targets, and providing support to the Regional Head Sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets in the North Region, leveraging market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
    • Lead Sales Team: Directly supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating agreements to drive revenue growth.
    • Market Performance Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies and optimize business performance.
    • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, budget variances, and other key performance indicators, to ensure transparency and accountability.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
    • Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
    • Industry Experience: Experience in HR, Banking, Software, Insurance, and Telecommunication industries, with a strong understanding of product-related sales strategies.
