    We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Reservation Officer to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and build a comprehensive database of customers and community members.
    • Engage with potential and existing customers through regular calls to gather feedback, address inquiries, and promote our products and services.
    • Create and maintain accurate records of customer contacts and interactions to inform follow-up efforts and sales strategies.
    • Nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and facilitate customer retention through executive follow-up calls.
    • Assist in processing sales transactions through our website and point of sale systems, ensuring all deals are properly documented and processed.
    • E nsure timely and accurate processing of sales transactions and assist in generating invoices for customer purchases.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and share valuable customer insights.
    • Analyze and report customer feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related role.
    • Proficiency in CRM software.
    • Knowledge of sales software and invoicing processes.

    Salary Range

    The estimated annual salary for this position is between PKR 800,000 - PKR 1,200,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
