    We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Project Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and expanding our project sales operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
    • Built strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for project sales.
    • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Prepare sales reports and presentations for upper management.
    • Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.
    • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or project management, preferably in the real estate sector.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
