    We are a rapidly growing UK-based accountancy firm, providing compliance services from our Lahore office and expanding our expertise in outsourcing services to other UK-based accountancy firms.

    The role we are looking for is to set up and oversee systems and procedures to ensure the practice's smooth running and release the senior team to focus on their particular skills.

    We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

    • Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
    • Enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
    • Leading and motivating staff to achieve their targets and objectives
    • Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture
    • Evaluating company performance and recommending strategies to improve results
    • Ensuring the appropriate allocation of clients to staff
    • Ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time
    • Overseeing the time allocation for work on clients' accounts with respect to budgets.
    • Planning for additional resources as the practice grows
    • Hold the team accountable for their work and respective deadlines
    • Onboarding new clients
    • Implementing a marketing campaign

    Skills Required for this Role

    The individual will be expected to:

    Have strong communication skills in English, written and verbal (it is a must)

    • Efficient in using and adopting new Apps/Software
    • Identify areas for improvement
    • Offer solutions to problems
    • Work constructively with the team to meet goals and targets
    • Execute and implement changes arising from Team Development meetings
