Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will have almost 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech and non-tech roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential talent in different countries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
  • Embrace opportunities for professional development and apply new knowledge to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Perform HR-related tasks as and when needed to support the overall functioning of the HR department.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry.
  • International hiring experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing within the field of HR and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work remotely while requiring you to join our office two to three times per week.
