    Description

    Project Management Associate

    The Project Management Associate role is responsible for planning and execution of ad-hoc projects pertaining to Agent business & B2B mandates.

    This solo role reports directly to the Manager Consumer Channel, with no direct reports. The Project Management Associate will coordinate, plan, and execute various projects across cross-functional teams, fostering relationships with stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery of Agent Network Enablement and B2B projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute developments and enablers for Agent Network and B2B projects.
    • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Act as primary point of contact for channel-related project queries, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
    • Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents, proposals, and contracts for various Agent Network related and B2B projects.
    • Generate regular reports on project status and performance.
    • Work closely with Product Design, MMBL stakeholders, Products, and Experience teams to ensure delivery of project milestones.
    • Work closely with Technology teams to ensure timely completion of integrations, new developments, and configurational changes in systems.
    • Participate in UATs to ensure product developments and system-level configurational changes are implemented promptly.
    • Ensure timely provision of agents-related information with concerned teams.
    • Monitor retail channel to ensure efficient execution of project.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, project management, or related field.
    • Noticeable experience in Business (B2B) projects & channel management.
    • Basic level understanding of Financial Services systems, APIs & integrations.
    • Experience in implementing Agent related developments and B2B projects.
    • Understanding of private sector mandates for disbursement/collection programs.
    • At least 2 years' experience in channel/B2B or related fields.
    • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
    • Superb analytical and reporting skills.

    Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
