    Leading Edge is a forward-thinking organization at the forefront of innovation, and we're seeking a talented Senior AI Development Specialist to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in machine learning model development, data analysis, and algorithm implementation. With a strong background in AI engineering, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement complex machine learning models and algorithms to drive business growth and enhance AI-driven applications.
    • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that meet business needs.
    • Conduct thorough data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
    • Stay updated on the latest AI advancements, research papers, and tools, applying them to AI development projects.
    • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, leveraging cloud-based resources and distributed computing frameworks.
    • Participate in code reviews and collaborative problem-solving sessions to improve AI solutions and development processes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related issues to ensure the reliability and accuracy of AI-driven applications.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Data Science or ML/AI preferred).
    • Proven track record as an AI Engineer, with portfolio examples of successful machine learning or AI projects.
    • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (Python, R, Java) and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
    • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques essential for machine learning projects.
    • Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, neural networks).
    • Solid grasp of mathematical concepts relevant to AI (linear algebra, calculus, statistics).
    • Experience with version control systems like Git for effective collaboration and code management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills crucial for algorithm development and data analysis.
    • Exceptional communication skills enabling effective collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into business value.
