Position: Site Logistics Specialist

Location: Reko Diq Mine Site Balochistan

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in transportation management, logistics, project management, or similar preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as a logistics/ transportation specialist in a related industry.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of transportation industry regulations. Proficiency in transportation management software. Superb leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and shows decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours. Willingness to travel out-station in case of cargo damage during accidents.

Responsibilities

Manage transportation services, logistics, customs matters, and documentation at site, optimize order cycle, negotiate with various teams, ensure cargo and documentation compliance, monitor driver tracking, meet KPIs, develop transportation policies, collaborate with internal departments, evaluate driver performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
