Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

Maintain and repair all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and components to manufacturers' recommendations. This includes valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrication.

The successful candidate will perform daily rounds of all equipment rooms, identify and repair any potential problems, and ensure the systems and rooms are clean.

Clean and maintain the air handling unit (AHU), fan coil, and split AC units of the entire system, whether operational or not. Conduct routine maintenance/checkups of split units and their installation.

Carry out mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance, including pumps and motors related to chillers and valves.

Perform oiling, belt adjustment, cleaning of equipment, greasing, and adding chemicals into cooling towers, pipelines, and machines as needed, following standard preventive maintenance procedures.

Identify, assess, and respond to potential risks accordingly.

Provide quick responses to faults related to HVAC systems and rectify issues.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Qualification: Diploma or B-Tech in HVAC
• Experience: 2-3 years

Salary: Rs50,000.00 per month
