Source and procure raw materials, components, and finished goods required for fan manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness


3 Supplier Management:
Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with delivery schedules


4 Inventory Management:
Optimize inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs while meeting production and customer demand


5 Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement within the supply chain, and implement continuous improvement initiatives


6 Risk Management:
Assess risks related to supply chain disruptions, such as supplier shortages, transportation delays, and natural disasters, to ensure business continuity


7 Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing supply chain operations, including environmental regulations, trade compliance, and ethical sourcing practices


8 Reports:
Prepare reports related to supply chain on daily, weekly and monthly basis
