    1. Bldng strong relationships with clients to understand their needs
    2. Showcasing property units through demos & site visits
    3. Ensuring seamless deal closures & exceptional customer experiences
    4. Maintaining open communication channels with clients to adapt to evolving requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Understand client reqs & preferences
    • Provide comprehensive briefings on relevant property units
    • Conduct site visits & demos to facilitate informed decisions
    • Closed deals efficiently & maintain high sales conversion rate
