    Description

    Assistant Accounts Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist in managing the company's financial records and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness
    • Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
    • Monitor cash flow and implement proper financial controls
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
    • Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments
    • Handle general accounting tasks, such as accounts receivable and accounts payable
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
    • Assist with financial audits and tax filings

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Proactive and able to meet deadlines
    • Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations is a plus
