    Description

    Retail Store Manager

    Oversee daily store operations, including sales and customer service, to drive business growth and improve profitability.

    Supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and coaching to enhance productivity and performance.

    Ensure effective management of inventory levels, budgeting, and stock purchases to maintain optimal efficiency and minimize losses.

    Develop and implement promotional strategies, such as seasonal sales and clearance events, to increase revenue and attract customers.

    Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

    Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize store operations.

    Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

    Lead by example, upholding high standards of professionalism and ethics in all aspects of store management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Staff Management: Train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed to optimize performance and maintain a positive work culture.
    2. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, manage purchasing, and minimize waste to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability.
    3. Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide feedback, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    4. Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute promotions, including seasonal sales and clearance events, to drive revenue and attract new customers.
    5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions and stay competitive.

    Requirements:

    • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Financial Management: Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory control to drive profitability and minimize losses.
    • Marketing and Sales: Strong understanding of marketing principles, promotional strategies, and sales techniques to drive revenue and attract new customers.
    • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions and stay competitive.
