    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, lead, and manage sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
    • Work closely with the offshore sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals, and optimizing strategies for international markets.
    • Oversee the pre-sales process, ensuring the team is equipped to engage potential clients with high-level technical knowledge and tailored solutions.
    • Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
    • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales funnel optimization.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
    • Craft and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our goals, driving growth and market penetration.
    • Possess high-level technical knowledge relevant to our IT services, enabling effective communication of our value proposition to clients and stakeholders.
    • Regularly report sales performance and insights directly to the CEO, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and sales approaches.
    • Demonstrate a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
