    Senior Human Resource Manager

    Candidates should be able to formulate and execute comprehensive HR strategies, fostering a culture of growth and development within the organization.

    Pivotal to this role is the implementation of HR management policies and procedures, ensuring seamless execution and adaptability to changing business needs.

    Defining corporate HR strategies entails competency mapping, appraisals, and succession planning – critical components that drive employee engagement, retention, and overall business success.

    To excel in this position, one must possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to develop and present insightful reports and presentations.

    A key responsibility will be to design and deliver employee training and development programs, tailored to enhance skills and performance.

    Leadership and motivation are essential qualities, as the successful candidate will be expected to inspire and empower employees to achieve their best for the company.

    Additionally, monitoring and addressing performance improvement plans, collating employee suggestions, and maintaining open lines of communication are vital aspects of this role.

    Job Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in a senior HR capacity, preferably holding an MBA degree.

    Essential qualifications include expertise in recruitment, screening, and development of HR policies, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
