    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Lead to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd.

    Job Overview:

    • This is a backend development position, focusing on Node or other related technologies.
    • Experience with front-end development in Angular or other related technologies and the creation of HTML/CSS is required.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing APIs in Node as per standard and optimization.
    • Integrating 3rd Party APIs is also a key aspect of this role.
    • In addition, they will be responsible for enhancing and changing existing modules.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in team guidance and relevant resource training along with code audit and task planning.
    • They will also provide guidance to front-end and back-end resources and estimate time accordingly.
    • Optimizing the database, including SQL and NoSQL, is a critical part of this position.
    • Bonus points if you have additional experience with any backend technology.
    • You will be expected to optimize database design and query writing.

    Salary and Benefits:

    Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 7-8 years of market experience.
    • At least 3-4 years of experience in Node.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
    • Familiarity with Node Express, SQL, Database, JavaScript, and Laravel is essential.
