Job summary
The Program Manager of Global Service Partners is a strategic role responsible for overseeing partner management and governance across the organization's global service delivery network. This position acts as the primary point of contact and quarterback for all service delivery partner engagements, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, service delivery, or a similar Program Management role within a global organization.
- Proven track record of managing complex, global partner relationships and driving results in a matrixed environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
