    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR and administrative operations in a multicultural environment.

    The role requires a hands-on professional who can establish systems, drive accountability, and align HR practices with company goals — not just maintain existing routines.

    You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance — while building an efficient, disciplined, and value-driven organizational culture.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead all HR and administrative functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and performance management.
    Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and reporting systems suited to a growing, multicultural organization.
    Manage and update employee records, contracts, and disciplinary actions.
    Oversee recruitment processes across departments — sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
    Monitor and manage employee discipline, conflict resolution, and terminations in line with company policy.
    Identify manpower needs and assist management in workforce planning and cost optimization.
    Maintain close coordination with facility, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth HR–admin integration.
    Supervise local HR staff and act as the primary liaison between management and employees.
    Contribute to a performance-driven culture through clear communication, fair systems, and consistent follow-up.
    Ideal Candidate Profile
    Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR roles, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or manufacturing sectors.
    Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and performance systems.
    Hands-on, disciplined, and able to work independently without heavy corporate support.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills — firm yet respectful.
    Proficient with digital HR tools, Excel/Sheets, and online recruitment platforms.
    Calm under pressure; able to handle operational stress and conflicting priorities.
