    Description

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with new and existing customers, managing sales databases, and maximizing revenue through direct selling and up-selling.

    Sales Responsibilities

    1. Engage in daily outreach through cold calling and email to identify and connect with new and existing customers.
    2. Maintain a detailed and organized sales database, logging all interactions with accurate contact details and necessary follow-up actions.
    3. Perform direct selling of our product range during customer visits and calls, maximizing sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling.
    4. Develop new leads while maintaining relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, and understanding requirements.
    5. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets across various product categories as outlined by the Head of Sales.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Motivated, ambitious, and hardworking, with strong persuasive skills.
