    Job Overview

    Maintaining and increasing sales of our products is a key responsibility in this role. Meeting established targets and goals for the territory or zone is essential to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish and grow customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and servicing existing ones.
    • Increase business through various channels and routes to market.
    • Set and manage sales targets for Zonal Dealers, Sub-Distributors, individual representatives, and team members as a whole.
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
    • Allocate areas and territories to sales representatives.
    • Develop effective sales strategies, set achievable targets, and monitor performance.
    • Analyze sales figures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Engage with major customer accounts, including Modern Trade.
    • Collect and act on customer feedback, conducting market research to inform decision-making.
    • Present regular reports to senior management.
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor activity.

    Job Requirements

    This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. A deep understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs is essential.
