- Supervise daily security staff including site supervisors, guards, female patrollers, and CCTV operators to ensure the safety of all employees and assets.
- Serve as a liaison between plant management and Corporate Security to resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Maintain open communication with CCI Leadership, provide regular updates on security issues, and coordinate training and initiatives to enhance overall security.
- Record and submit accurate security operations data on a daily basis.
- Lead Incident Response Management on behalf of Corporate Security to address critical incidents promptly and effectively.
- Provide comprehensive security training to guards and staff as directed by management.
- Manage monthly invoices and maintain security-related data for seamless operations.
- Ensure proper access control and management of CCTV footage, ensuring equipment is operational at all times.
- Verify that fire alarm systems are installed and functional 24/7 to guarantee employee safety.
- Monitor equipment functionality and escalate any technical issues immediately to prevent disruptions.
- Conduct bi-monthly weapon inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols during testing.
- Organize regular firefighting training sessions for security personnel to enhance their skills and preparedness.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
