    Job Title:
    HR & Admin Officer

    Location:
    Karachi, Pakistan

    Job Type:
    Full-Time, On-site

    The HR, Admin Officer will be responsible for managing on-site human resource activities, administrative operations, and material store functions to ensure smooth project execution. The role requires a well-organized and proactive individual with experience in civil construction project environments, capable of handling workforce management, record-keeping, procurement coordination, and site logistics.

    1. Human Resource Management

    • Maintain 
      labor and staff attendance records
       on a daily basis.
    • Prepare 
      wage sheets
      , manage overtime data, and assist in payroll coordination.
    • Handle 
      new worker inductions
      , ID issuance, and maintain personnel files.
    • Ensure compliance with 
      labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
      .
    • Coordinate with the head office for staff hiring, leave records, and HR documentation.

    2. Administrative Duties

    • Manage day-to-day 
      administrative operations
       at the project site.
    • Handle 
      correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
      .
    • Supervise 
      site housekeeping, security, and accommodation arrangements
      .
    • Assist in organizing 
      meetings, visitor handling, and logistical arrangements
      .
    • Manage 
      vehicle movement, fuel logs, and maintenance records
      .
    • Ensure adherence to 
      company policies, safety, and discipline standards
       on-site.

    3. Store & Inventory Management

    • Maintain 
      accurate inventory records
       for materials, tools, and equipment.
    • Receive, inspect, and issue 
      materials
       as per project requirements.
    • Record all 
      material inflow and outflow
       using stock registers or ERP system.
    • Prepare 
      Material Receipt Notes (MRNs)

      Material Issue Notes (MINs)
      , and 
      Reorder Reports
      .
    • Conduct 
      monthly physical verification
       and reconcile with system stock.
    • Coordinate with procurement for 
      material requisitions and deliveries
      .

    4. Reporting & Coordination

    • Prepare and submit 
      daily, weekly, and monthly reports
       to the Project Manager and Head Office.
    • Coordinate between 
      HR, Procurement, and Accounts departments
      .
    • Support project management in 
      budget tracking and cost control
       related to HR and materials.

    Job Requirements :

    Education:
     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or Civil/Construction Management.

    Experience:
     2–5 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin/Store management, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

    Technical Skills:

    • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • ERP or Inventory Management Software (preferred)

    Knowledge:

    • HR operations and Pakistan labor laws.
    • Storekeeping procedures and documentation.
