Job summary
This position requires greeting customers warmly and professionally providing accurate information about rides and games answering customer queries effectively and courteously offering personalized experience by up-selling products services ensuring ride checklists are maintained completed according to standards being knowledgeable about all arcade machines rides at the center assisting in maintaining clean organized safe station area following company procedures for lost found items returning customers belongings after rides monitoring patrons to ensure their safety preventing any potential hazards explaining safety procedures clearly before rides guiding customers on evacuation routes if needed responding promptly discerning customer service ensuring positive experience for all visitors maintaining presentable professional appearance adhering confidentiality policies discouraging accepting gifts tips reporting technical safety operational issues supervisor technical team.
