    Job Description

    Brief Summary:

    • A results-driven sales development representative actively seeks new business opportunities, engages with potential customers, and builds relationships to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
    2. Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
    3. Present our company's value proposition to potential prospects.
    4. Identify prospect needs and suggest suitable products or services.
    5. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects.
    6. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
    7. Coordinate meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Executives.
    8. Report on sales performance to the Sales Manager.

    Requirements

    To excel in this role, you will need:

    • At least 3+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
    • A track record of achieving sales quotas.
    • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • A fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • The ability to deliver engaging presentations.
