    Job Title: Corporate Sales and Business Development Manager

    Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at {company}. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, partnership management, or IT consulting roles working with corporate businesses.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Create proposals and responses to RFI / RFP documents that showcase our company's expertise and value proposition.
    2. Develop and manage the corporate sales budget and revenue, as well as develop, track, and report key success metrics that drive business growth.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners through regular communication and networking activities.
    4. Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of the market and identify new opportunities for growth.
    5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies that align with our company's goals.
    6. Prepare financial projections and sales targets that meet or exceed company expectations.
    7. Pursue business opportunities through attendance at exhibitions, conferences, and other events.
    8. Develop and deliver sales presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
    9. Produce regular reports for management that provide insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.
    10. Train and mentor business developers and sales colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or IT consulting roles working with corporate businesses.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct competitive analysis and develop effective sales strategies.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
