- **Recruitment and Onboarding:**
- Coordinate with the Recruitment team to collect and review candidate documents, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Plan and execute onboarding formalities, including orientation and training programs.
- **Training and Development:**
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with the Admin and Logistics team to book venues and arrange training sessions.
- **HR Services and Operations:**
- Manage employee grievances and ensure that disciplinary actions are taken in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the system administrator to ensure that all employee records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
