    The Team: We are a group of over 30 members with a global presence in India, the Philippines, Japan, the U.K. and the U.S., working closely with our internal stakeholders, research contributors, commercial teams, and our clients to become successful professionals and gain valuable global exposure.

    The Impact: We provide primary support for our research contributors when issues or queries arise with their content distribution, processing, tagging, and readership. We also ensure that our clients have proper access set up on our platforms, maintaining and retaining our relationship with contributors as well as supporting sales and commercial efforts to drive revenue.

    What's in it for you:

    • This role entails a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from content quality assurance to client services and project management.
    • You will have a good mix of client-facing and content-focused work, as well as a good balance of independence and teamwork.
    • A successful team member will develop skills in various aspects including customer service, project management, financial data, research technology, and SPGMI and competitors' products and services.

    Responsibilities:

    • You will ensure that all Contributor Research content is being processed and tagged correctly.
    • You will monitor research upload and processing to the platform, perform day-to-day QA activities.
    • You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, research content-related testing, research access issues, and projects.
    • You will analyze the client's research access to help grow our research business.
    • You will identify entitlement issues for our clients.
    • You will serve as the primary support contact for our research contributors and for SPGMI clients' queries about Investment Research content and functionalities.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 2-3 years of experience in customer services, preferably with global clients.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written.
    • You must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work on team-based projects, as well as work independently within shifting priorities.
    • High integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility.
    • Good time management and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical skills; a workable understanding of MS Excel and databases is preferred.
    • Fluency and eloquence in English are mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
