Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Professional to join our team at Saifko Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering technical presentations, coordinating with clients, and providing after-sales technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with clients regarding all the equipment/products being sold under the Company's umbrella.
• Give introductory presentations to customers regarding the equipment, as well as provide demos to give hands-on experience as required.
• Continuously follow up with customers and in-house departments from raising sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders to invoicing from both clients and vendors.
• Provide after-sales technical and training support to customers as required.
• Properly file all documents related to different clients and products from sales to project completion.
• Prepare project reports for the Head of Department (HOD).
• Assist the department head and complete different tasks assigned by the HOD.
• Attend online training related to products being sold under the Company's umbrella.
• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, demonstrating how changes will lower costs or increase production.
• Establish customer rapport and acceptance.
• Stay knowledgeable regarding updates in science and research by continuing to read and study new data.

You will also be responsible for acquiring new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Test & Measurement Equipment product line, especially used in Aerospace & Defense, telecommunications, and R&D institutes in Electrical and Radio Frequency and microwave domains, well conversant in measurement principles and techniques.
• Experience in the design and development of Test & Measurement solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development, data analysis, and signal processing.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to these application areas of Measurement.
