    Description

    Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

    Description:

    • We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to digitalize employee personnel files, maintain loose documents, and manage day-to-day operations of HR services.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new employees, managing their documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Digitalization of employee personnel files using Peoplei - employee profiles
    2. Maintenance of loose documents and personal files
    3. Handling day-to-day operations of HR services, including onboarding of new employees and their documentation management

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management
    • Fresh graduates or up to 06 months of experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
    • Ability to meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects and work well under pressure
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

    Location: Lahore, Pakistan

    Duration: 3 months (Paid)

    Estimated Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 per month
