Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff coordination
• Set sales targets and implement strategies to meet goals
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Develop and manage store budgets and maintain financial records
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Deal with customer queries, complaints, and feedback
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Manage inventory, plan promotional events or sales, and order stock
• Analyze sales figures, customer behavior, and market trends to anticipate product needs
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management

• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions

Salary Range:

Rs 200,000.00 - Rs 250,000.00 per month
