Salary: 70,000 PKR per month
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
About the Role:
Are you a natural "bridge-builder" who loves connecting with high-level leaders? At Executives Diary Inc.
(a Delaware-incorporated business), we are on a mission to document the career journeys of 10,000 senior leaders for human history and the AI era.
As an Executive Outreach Associate, you aren't "selling" a product—you are gifting an opportunity.You will be the first point of contact, inviting mid-to-senior level executives to share their stories on our high-authority platform for free.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Outreach:
Identify and connect with executives, founders, and leaders (5+ years of experience) globally.
Relationship Management:
Send personalized, warm, and professional connection requests (under 250 characters).
The Editorial Hand-off: Once interest is confirmed, collect the executive's email and facilitate a formal introduction to our US-based Editorial Team.
Brand Ambassador:
Educate leaders on the value of being indexed by Google and AI tools (like ChatGPT and Perplexity) through our platform.
Process Guidance:
Clearly explain our 7-step editorial process, ensuring leaders feel comfortable and valued.
Requirements:
LinkedIn Presence:
Must have a strong, professional LinkedIn profile (Account age: 2+ years) with a minimum of 500+ connections.
Communication Skills:
Native-level fluency in English (both written and spoken). You must be able to communicate with "Native American Professional" authenticity—warm, clear, and sophisticated.
Experience:
Previous experience in professional outreach, recruitment, or international client relations is preferred.
Location:
Ability to work full-time from our office in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad.
