    Description

    Technical Support Specialist

    The Technical Support Specialist will provide solutions to technical problems and claim resolution to customers by performing a diagnosis of the issue while guiding customers through the claim filing process. They will also assist customers with other queries and concerns, providing an accurate resolution as per defined processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers with the claim filing process, including approving and denying claims via phone call.
    • Maintain high-level service through friendly, efficient, and attentive customer interactions.
    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and maintain core values.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone call.
    • Resolve product-related issues efficiently and accurately.
    • Explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner to facilitate troubleshooting assistance.
    • Stay updated on similar product symptoms to provide effective solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.

    Requirements:

    • O Levels/Matric or above qualification.
    • American or neutral accent.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).

    Key Qualities:

    • Exceptional English communication skills with a U.S or UK accent.
    • Ability to convey messages in a friendly, accurate, and jargon-free manner.
