Create and manage detailed project schedules in MS Project and sharing baseline schedule with Engineering Procurement Production to ensure timely issuance of IFCs material procurement equipment availability manpower allocation Ensure correct implementation of Rootstock operations establishing project groups project lines pass-through entries in alignment with sales orders generating child-level work orders based on equipment BOM assigning remaining WOs SOLs to project lines creating adjusting operation routings according to estimates developing adjusting routings lead times for equipment manufacturing extracting Operations for all new Work Orders aligning scheduling of work order operations Dayback approved production plan reviewing child jobs schedule against Project schedule making sure correct implementation of Rootstock MSP review progress reports Postmortems Monitor shortages update Project performance weekly submission weeky reports Bachelor s mechanical technology engineering years planning experience oil Gas manufacturing sector
