    The Aga Khan University Hospital provides accessible healthcare services through its Outreach Medical Services. Clifton Medical Services is a comprehensive medical center offering multi-specialty consulting clinics, 24X7 urgent care services, radiology, clinical laboratory, pharmacy, and other services catering to individuals of all ages. Our team of highly qualified, trained, and experienced doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff delivers compassionate care, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Head Nurse in managing the unit on a daily basis.
    • Teach and mentor novice staff members.
    • E nsure high-quality patient care is delivered.
    • Meet with clinicians regularly to discuss patient care-related issues.
    • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality.
    • Monitor patient care and acuity trends, plan, and manage unit staffing, supplies, equipment, and resources.
    • Demonstrate initiative to review Quality Improvement in Nursing Practice concepts.

    Required Qualifications

    • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited institution.
    • At least three years of nursing experience, preferably in medical and surgical areas/operating room settings.
    • A valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
    • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, Tool Training, and Facilitation Course.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
    • Willingness to work in shift duties.
