Job Overview: The Supply Chain Head will oversee and manage all supply chain activities to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality plastic furniture products. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to optimize logistics, procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
   • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
2. Procurement Management:
   • Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials.
   • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
3. Inventory Control:
   • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet production demands.
   • Implement inventory management best practices to minimize waste and reduce costs.
4. Logistics Coordination:
   • Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
   • Optimize delivery schedules and routes to enhance efficiency.
5. Team Leadership:
   • Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve departmental and company goals.
   • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the supply chain department.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   • Work closely with production, sales, and marketing teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
   • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
   • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs 150,000 per month
