    Customer Sales Representative

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team at Growpure Communications in Pakistan.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage large volumes of outbound calls, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries.
    2. Accurately record customer interactions and data entry into various platforms.
    3. Adhere to established communication scripts when addressing diverse topics.
    4. Identify customer needs, provide clear information, research every issue, and offer solutions or alternatives.
    5. Capitalise on opportunities to upsell products as they arise.
    6. Build sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond their expectations.
    7. Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call centre database.
    8. Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Matric/Intermediate education (Higher education preferred).
    • At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
    • Good communication skills, ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work.
    • Fluent English language proficiency.
    • Ability to work effectively in night shifts under pressure.

    Working Conditions: 22 working days per month, 1 paid leave, medical benefits, weekly bonuses, and performance-based incentives.

    Location: Telecommunications - Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
