    Description

    Operations Manager (Restaurant)

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Pakistan. This role will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving sales growth.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage guest complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
    • Conduct daily quality checks on products and services, reporting any issues to higher management
    • Oversee staff management, including attendance, leave, advances, hiring, documentation, and vaccinations
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and maintaining variance reports
    • Control operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost-cutting and implementing effective plans
    • Prepare monthly reports on outlet operations, including closing procedures
    • Implement and enforce company policies and protocols
    • Achieve upselling targets and provide training and development opportunities for FOH and BOH staff

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    Salary: PKR 120,000 - 150,000 per month, depending on experience
