Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic outreach and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients across industries.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
  • Present and explain our digital marketing services, including social media, SEO, performance marketing, and web development, to potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Follow up with leads, manage pipelines, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track, update, and manage all leads and sales activities.
  • Analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and client feedback to identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and performance updates for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing, SaaS, or creative agency environment.
  • Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and deal closure.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and client needs.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
