    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Senior Human Computer Interaction (HCI) Designer to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally.

    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing user-centered design solutions that drive business results. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and engaging experiences for our users.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design Development: Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate website functions, using expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud products.
    • Idea Generation: Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
    • Communication: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
    • Presentation: Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
    • User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
    • Design Guidelines: Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A BS/MS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.
    • Demonstrable UI design skills, with a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Excellent visual design skills, with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
    • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
    • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
    • Good teamwork and communication skills.

    Benefits:
