Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough vehicle examinations to diagnose issues accurately.
• Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to develop work procedures.
• Demonstrate expertise in labor time estimation and management.
• Inspect vehicle engines, mechanical, and electrical components to identify problems.
• Analyze the complete body and frame structure of vehicles to ensure accuracy.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of automotive technological systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Matriculation Certificate.
• Pursuing or having a Diploma/B-Tech in Automobile Engineering is preferred.
• A minimum of three years' experience in the field; five years' experience is highly desirable.
• Preferably holding overseas work experience.
• Candidates with 3-4 years of work experience at an authorized dealership will be given preference.
