    Operations Specialist Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in last-mile operations, excellent negotiation skills, fluency in English, and the ability to manage large datasets.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Create effective operational workflows for courier acquisition, planning, support, and fleet and partner relations management.
    2. Manage courier acquisition and relationships with courier companies.
    3. Make data-driven decisions to optimize warehouse and last-mile operations.
    4. Monitor key metrics of all courier companies.
    5. Maximize efficiency of business procedures.
    6. Ensure smooth system operation and adherence to quality standards.

    Required Skills:

    1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    3. Experience with last-mile and express logistics operations.
    4. Good negotiation skills.
    5. Data analysis capabilities.
    6. Ability to work in Islamabad.
