- Oversee and coordinate nursing care for oncology patients across all related departments (Outpatient Department, Inpatient Department, chemotherapy day care, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to oncology nursing protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control measures.
- Manage staff scheduling, duty rosters, and ensure adequate coverage across all oncology units.
- Lead, supervise, and support the oncology nursing team.
- Monitor documentation practices, medication safety, patient identification protocols, and nursing audits.
- Organize training sessions focused on oncology nursing and patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patient counselors to ensure holistic care.
- Promote patient-centered care by maintaining empathy, dignity, and effective communication throughout the treatment journey.
