- Managing cases/requests to fix issues in Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Working alongside the operations team to successfully deliver client needs
- Enrolling brands to Amazon brand registry
- Reinstating ASINs that have been removed from the detail page
- Fixing stranded inventory
- Troubleshooting errors on Promotions
- Working within software platforms such as Intentwise and Zonguru
- Working with other departments to accomplish overall, high-level goals
- Assisting in fixing FBA shipment creation
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or ecommerce
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central case/seller support
- Active listening and the ability to understand client needs
- Proactive, go-getter mindset who functions well within a team setting but can work independently
- Strong ability to think outside the box, willingness to test new ideas, and develop and implement growth strategies
