Position 1: Accountant

DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role as an Accountant at ATC and will include the following:

• Manage all transactions, identifying mistakes and tallying all sale, purchase and payment entries

• Ensure the smooth onboarding of the financial module on our ERP system

• Prepare budget forecasts and liquidity statements

• Publish financial statements in time

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with vendors and clients

• Ensure timely bank payments

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality

• Manage balance sheets, stock valuation and profit/loss statements

• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity

• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Maintain aging and stock reports on ERP

• Completing analysis of expenditures

• Offer financial advice related to item wise profitability and suggest methods to obtain best ROI after studying financial reports

• Supervise the Accounts department and form SOPs

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Experience with Accounting/ERP softwares

• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets

• Ability to work independently

• Analytical skills

• 1-2 years of experience

• ACCA Charter holder or finalist or Bachelor's Degree in Accounts

BENEFITS OFFERED

• Salary range between Rs 77,000-Rs 87,000 depending upon qualification and

experience
