    Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, building relationships, and ensuring seamless experiences.

    The primary focus of this position will be to contact clients, confirm meeting times, meet their requirements, and set up their schedules for documentation purposes. Our clients operate in the e-commerce sector, utilizing platforms such as Amazon, TEMU, and Ali Express. As their trusted liaison, you will guide them through the account setup process and prepare necessary documentation.

    This role may also involve travel to Regional Passport Offices, where you will assist clients in-person. To support your mobility, we offer a travel allowance. Additionally, handsome bonuses will be provided upon client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact clients to confirm meeting times and requirements
    • Set up client schedules for documentation purposes
    • Guide clients through account setup on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, TEMU, Ali Express)
    • Prepare necessary documentation
    • Travel to Regional Passport Offices (as required)

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills in Urdu
