    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, making informed decisions based on data-driven findings.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media tools to ensure our online presence remains cutting-edge.
    • Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and build meaningful relationships with followers to foster brand loyalty and trust.
    • Collaborate closely with our content and design teams to develop a unified digital strategy that showcases our brand's unique voice and visual identity.
    • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
    • Provide regular campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.

    Requirements & Skills:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a proven track record of success.
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools, including scheduling and analytics software.
    • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools, with a solid understanding of how to leverage them to drive results.
    • A strong grasp of social media KPIs and the ability to measure campaign success through data analysis.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
    • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital marketing and social media campaigns, as well as a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.

    Working Hours:

    10am-7pm, Monday through Friday
