    Business Development Manager – Realtime Services

    • Job Type: Full-time, (standard business hours)
    • Location: Wah Cantt (Approximately 30% travel)
    • Qualifications: Completion of a 1-2 Year Management Trainee / Graduate Trainee Program in a refinery, fertilizer, or petrochemical facility.
    • Salary Range: Upto 120,000 PKR.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Business Development Manager to drive growth in real-time data services and industrial digitalization solutions across the Oil & Gas, Energy, Fertilizer, and Petrochemical sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of industrial software solutions such as real-time data acquisition, operational intelligence, historian systems, and OT/IT integration with a proven track record in business growth, client engagement, and opportunity development. This role demands a blend of technical insight and strategic thinking to define value-driven solutions that improve operational visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university (Mandatory).
    • Completion of a 1- 2 Year Management Trainee / Graduate Trainee Program in a refinery, fertilizer, or petrochemical facility will be considered a strong plus.
    • Engage industrial clients to understand operational needs and develop customized technical proposals for real-time systems such as process historians, data visualization tools, operational dashboards, and analytics platforms.
    • Conduct site assessments, stakeholder interviews, and technical discovery workshops to define project scopes, integration needs, and implementation roadmaps.
    • Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to facilitate customer decision-making during the sales cycle.
    • Support proposal development, including Bill of Quantities (BOQs), solution sizing, cost estimation, and timelines for implementation projects.
    • Work alongside subject matter experts and cybersecurity professionals to align solutions with industry best practices, performance benchmarks, and OT security frameworks.
    • Provide technical expertise during business development activities, differentiating offerings based on value, performance, and scalability.
    • Maintain project documentation and opportunity tracking through CRM systems and shared repositories to ensure alignment and transparency.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in business development or technical sales for real-time industrial software (e.g., historians, data integration platforms, analytics solutions).
    • Familiarity with vendor solutions from any leading providers in the real-time systems or industrial digitalization domain.
    • Solid understanding of industrial processes, process control systems, and data architectures.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
    • Willingness to travel to industrial client sites for meetings, assessments, and project activities.
