    Job Title: Stream Head Channel Development

    Description:

    Stream Head Channel Development is a key leadership role responsible for planning and executing the development of sales channels in alignment with the organizational vision of D01440 and the futurist approach of Jazz Business.

    The successful candidate will perform a continuous and periodic assessment of channel needs and correlate channel development plans with actual performance, preparing and presenting actionable plans to drive improvement in underperforming sales channels.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective strategies to establish and expand sales channel presence, especially for digital products.
    • Collaborate with marketing, HR, product teams, and support functions to align channel development efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential channels for content distribution and user engagement.
    • Deliver targeted upskilling sessions to empower the sales force.
    • Resolve channel-related issues through effective engagement and coordination with marketing, HR, and other support functions.
    • Lead the development of sales playbooks for policies, definitions, and best practices across Jazz Business.
    • Analyze customer acquisition, churn, win-back trends and numbers with the Business Analytics & Insights Team, developing plans to support sales channels growth and customer stickiness.
    • Understand individual, regional, and sub-channel performance and behaviors.
    • Identify growth opportunities across channels, regions, and product holdings.
    • Periodically analyze product holdings per channel, build strategies with stakeholders and channels to improve customer longevity through multi-product portfolios and conversion of single to multiple holdings.
    • Acquire/develop critical tools to create equilibrium across channels and prepare them for futuristic products and ambitions of Jazz Business.
    • Uncover opportunities across markets and become an extended arm of growth for sales channels.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's (MBA preferred) degree with at least 10-12 years of corporate sales experience in product design, B2B/B2C channel development, and analytics, preferably in the Telecom Industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Channel Development.
    • Detailed understanding of Products and solutions.
    • Thorough knowledge of Corporate Solutions, including futuristic products.
    • Good grasp of Product Commissions.
    • Solid knowledge of B2B Telecom product behavior.
    • In-depth understanding of Sales SOP (Corporate Division).
    • Strong financial and business acumen.
